I didn't want to highjack the keeping hamburger flat thread with this question. Who has a good recipe for hamburgers that keep it juicy tasty and stay flat? We use to eat hamburger a lot when we were younger maybe to much. Now we can't stand them on the grill anymore. This is home grown and corn feed steers. The hamburger is probably 85-90%. It gets round on the grill when cooking.
Getting over 50 and just don't enjoy burgers much anymore when you can't digest the meat. Steak is ok. are they pre pattied? |
