Buy a couple of gallons of cheap bleach and pour down the drain. leave it for 12 hours then flush with water. Cheap bleach is more caustic that Clorox bleach so it works better.
It is amazing what the bleach will clean. An old plumber told me this and added if that did not work then you need to call a plumber. Good luck, Paul
