S Illinois
The Ohio River and drought seen in the in TN, KY area and east play a bigger role than the upper Mississippi when it comes to lower Mississippi River levels. The hurricane that went up the east coast a week ago got close enough to push a fair amount of water down the Ohio and into the Mississippi. Looks like the river is coming up around 10’ from the low level seen in Oct.
