My son was involved in a accident, he was not at fault, other driver had Allstate insurance and it has been awful trying to get his truck fixed. This company is a joke, won’t return calls, on phone for hours just trying to get things straightened out. The main thing is no one was hurt, but hope to never deal with this company again .
My vehicle gets damaged, I turn the claim into my insurance company. They pay minus my deductible and go after the other insurance company to get them to pay plus pay my deductible. |
