| I can't hurt to go to the sale. If you can finance using other collateral one could bid a $ more than the bank and see what happens. Just have to wait for the period of redemption.
Just FYI if you end up with an undivided half and can't work something out with the other half, another $50,000 legal fees may get a partition sale forced. Of course just because one prevails in getting the court to force partition sale does not mean one can make it happen.
