I found who owned the other half. It’s under their name on platt map. Just had to match up our goofy descriptions here. Took my wife 2 hours of clicking on plots to find the right tracts. And sure enough it says .5 ownership. Guy foreclosed on isn’t listed, but some obituary’s told us they are siblings
