As long as your truck was being driven by someone with your permission moving your product its your insurance claim. Their only out would be if he wasn't operating the truck moving someone else's product without your permission.

I had a similar incident where I was driving my fathers truck and backed into my personal pickup. His insurance had to pay to fix my truck even though I was driving his truck and did the damage.

Don't let them bully you into thinking they don't have to pay
