The link to the underwear looks right.
The gloves you linked to are wool. I have used both the wool and poly glove liners and the wool seem to be a little warmer, but the poly are better for dexterity. I usually wear the poly when giving cattle shots, as I can hold/use/refill syringes without taking them off. Link to the poly ones. I'm having trouble finding military surplus poly online, but here is a link to some they say are made to GI specs. The poly are also stretchier, so they fit your hand better without bunching.
