Cen. Pa. | New to me ,(first winter) rental .I bought, 1985 24 x 70 double wide. Mobile home has cement block skirting with (6) 16"by7" grated vent panels in the skirting walls . All plumbing and heating duct work is in the crawl space . Lots of air moves threw the crawl space . Worried about pipe freezing in Central Pa winter and duct work in effecient heatng with cold air coming in on duct . Thinking about closing vents , entire crawl space closed up tight for Dec., Jan., and Feb . Asking what others do if they do have similar situation . | |
