E ND | Are they the best? No idea but we always try to do an ATV/UTV tour when we go somewhere on vacation and in Hawaii the company ran 2WD TomCar UTV's. They said they buy them as Israeli Military surplus, and I think they were always 2WD until recently. Just noticed on their website they have a 4WD model now. If money was no object.....I want one!
