I spent a little time making my initial zones but the zones change size very little from year to year, rates obviously change year to year but that’s about 5-15min of work per field. It’s getting easier/faster every year to manage data. I could do everything you mentioned on a tablet if I really wanted.

Its too easy to do it yourself to hire someone else to do it.
