Texas
I haven’t been since insurance went to crap and quit covering it (thanks affordable care act, Obama)

I always declined the X-rays and they act like I’m tin foil hat type. They want to cut your wisdom teeth out every time too, I figure I wouldn’t have them if I didn’t need them. I declined a root canal on a tooth that was rotten (root canal is very bad for your health) they put a cap on and told me it would fall out soon. That’s probably been 12 years ago now. What’s funny is they were always fixing cavities here and there. So now I haven’t been in like 10 years and haven’t had any cavities. I do use a sonicare brush and have a good dental pic that clean my teeth with now and then. Don’t eat much sugar either.
