My girlfriend remembers making potato sausage with her mother when she was a little girl. She'd like to make some but has been unable to locate her Mom's recipe. Does anyone have a recipe for German-style potato sausage? She remembers that it had pork, some beef, and of course potatoes but needs help with the spices used.
