Most do not realize this is a driven well. Even if you pull it how will you replace it inside the building?  Perhaps you could use short joints and go back down the same home.  Been there, did that.  One time.

Being honest your best choice is probably abandon it and start over.  

Why are you pulling it? Plugged point or losing suction? Grampa had one that developed a hole in the pipe, losing suction.  He slipped a plastic pipe to the bottom and got several years out of it
