Chuck roast for the oven. From frozen, in a roasting pan, cover halfway up the thickness of the roast with water, salt/pepper and dry onion soup mix on the top. Lid on and in the oven at 350 for about 1 hr/lb or until fork tender. A nice rolled rump or sirloin tip roast for marinating/brining and cooking low and slow.
