Just got mine two weeks ago after almost a 2 yr wait, got pushed out another year but took them up on the offer of "best effort" service until next summer when the availability opens up for full service.  So far so good, It dips down to the high single-digits during the evenings sometimes, usually for brief periods, but probably averages 40mbps down and not uncommon to see 150mbps during the daytime hours or late at night.  No issues running a stream on two TV's at once and running a multi-camera blink system off of it with no issues.  Have had zero interruptions longer than 2 seconds (never notice it) since I set it up.
