If at a restaurant you order a plain cheeseburger, how would you expect it to be topped?
In order of top to bottom. A bun compromising the top half, a piece of cheese to make the cheese portion of cheese burger, and then the hamburger patty and then the bottom half of the top half's bun to make it a burger elsewise it would just be hamburger cheese with a bun on top.
The word "plain" is ambiguous in this question as a burger with cheese has a topping so one would assume you are open to standard American fare implied condiments. (Apologies for lumping Canadian into American)
Now if one were to complain to the waitstaff about lack of condiments or addition of condiments, the order of the burger composition would need to spittel somewhere into the listing of the subsequent remade "plain cheeseburger" |
