TractorAddict sounds like a misnomer. FoodAddict sounds like a better handle. I too like onions almost any way they are prepared including raw. French Onion soup is always a favorite. Fajitas are great. A little soy sauce is one way to really improve the taste of a fried or baked onion.
Delicious well cooked onion and jalapeño.
