Pittsburg, Kansas
It is actually in McCune, Kansas and is called "Farm to Market". It is a country store/restaurant. Right on the East edge of town on the highway 126 a mile north of the convenient store on hwy 400.

It is about 25 miles from my house so is a perfect motorcycle ride to lunch for my wife and I and we do it often. Usually we do it on the dirt bikes on gravel roads to there though.

No birdy burger but another mom and pop place to eat in Pittsburg (well Frontenac to be more precise) that is pretty good is Farmhouse Cafe. Right on 69 hwy half way between North end of Pittsburg and Frontenac. Good hamburger steak and good hamburgers. They would probably put a fried egg on top if you ask them (why didn't I think of that?) as they will serve breakfast all day.

Both can be found with an internet search.
