Pittsburg, Kansas | Diagnosis based on "expert opinion" is probably most often better than "farmer opinion", but it is still opinion and subject to being wrong. Nearly all our dietary guidlines are based on "expert opinion" rather than real scientific research. Lots of stuff is.
It is when a person starts looking into the actual research papers that they start to question some of the dogma.
