Is it already smoked or just cured and you’re going to smoke it?

If it’s cured only and you’re smoking it, bring it slowly to internal temp of 140.

Already cured and smoked ham has already been “cooked”, and taken to 140 degrees. All you have to do is warm it up, or eat it cold of course. Warming it up without losing all the juices may be tough on a pellet grill?
