you can't import shapefiles directly into Ops Center but if you already have fieldview, import them there. Then go into fieldviewplus and export the dat file versions, Dat can be read into Ops Center. Only other way is paid software to do conversions from shp or csv into a format that Ops Center can read. Blue Vantage can be directly read into Ops Center if you dont have problems in the future.
