Forgot to mention, nothing fancy on the seasoning, mustard binder and Bahia seasoning from the grocery store, similar to the more common Lowery's. No extra salt or anything more than the Brown sugar and honey in the wrap.
Some people are afraid of the mustard, but it all cooks away, just gives the seasoning a chance to hang on.
