Subject: Dr David Unwin interview

Pittsburg, Kansas
Dr David Unwin is a doctor that I have listened to for a couple of years now. I don't follow him per se, but when I see him interviewed by someone else I do follow I usually listen to what he has to say. He is somewhat famous in the low carb community for his "spoon fulls of sugar" charts where he gives the number of spoonfuls of sugar euivelent to common high carbohydrate foods. Here is being interviewed by Dr Shawn Baker who is a carnivore - eats only meat. One thing I like about these types of interviews is the person can drift to ideas and nuances outside what they might give in a formal presentation. They get to be long, which is a negative, but I usually pick up a thing or two when I take the time to listen.

High blood pressure? Start listening at minute 25 about reducing water retention and blood pressure while increasing salt intake.
