Started exercise everyday and no spicy food. And no tomato dishes at supper. And no eating after 7. It helped me.
This is essentially what works for me as well. The biggest thing is don't stuff myself at supper and don't eat after supper. Greasy foods are worse for me, but it's fairly easy to keep a food diary for a while and figure out what sets your reflux off. |
