| I had sour stomach and acid reflux terrible for years. I tried everything. My dad convinced me to try apple cider vinegar. I will tell you I was reluctant. I started taking a swig after breakfast and a swig after dinner. In one week i could see an improvement. Now I almost never have heartburn. If I do, I take a swig of it and the heartburn is gone.
