Get some labs drawn, keep your eyes open. As for items that have calories that dont require heating and are good for you. Nuts, trail mix, crackers and cheese, certain cereals like Cracking oat bran are good for you taste really good and can be eaten from a sandwich bag easily. Full fat yogurt, string cheese, cream cheese dips with veggies, lunch meats are good. Try to stay away from just calories and junk and go for items with good nutritional value. And, it never hurts to have a couple pieces of butter bread a day and take some vitamins. | |
