West Central IL | Actually 20 is well in the normal BMI range. You could still gain some or lose some and still be in the recommended range. Most people are overweight but don't show it and don't know it. I'm at the same height but at 195. I was 225 back in January but cut out a lot of carbs and excess eating. I'm in the lower range of overweight now. I need to get to about 189 to get to healthy range. I've hit 195 and seem to be stuck there for the moment. As long as your eating healthy and feel good I wouldn't worry about putting on pounds. Seems like the more I lost the more energy and motivation I had to get things done. | |
