Northeast Iowa | I rarely go to the doc.
Last year this time I had stitches for a laceration, and they weighed me at 169. It was the heaviest I've ever weighed, although they didn't have me remove my work attire, boots, and things.
I've lost 20 pounds in the past year. I mentioned it to the doc at my most recent appointment, and they noticed from the paperwork filed too. I'd like to gain 15 pounds back.
My family spent a lot of time late last fall being sick for a long time (non-covid) and I lost a big chunk of weight that never came back.
What are some good lunchbox foods I can bring to help my calories stay up in the coming harvest? My best idea is 2 pints of whole milk in the cooler during the day (370 calories each pint)
But I would also want some substance otherwise. Hot meals are mostly out of the question, most days at least | |
