Franklinton, LA | I think you have made an excellent suggestion. However, the pest control companies will often claim that you have disturbed the insecticide treated soil around the house with landscaping or repairs, planted woody shrubs that touch the house, built a wooden fence that touched the house, etc., etc. Therefore, they will not repair the damage because you caused the damage.
Also, the pest control company will not issue a bond or provide a warranty unless they have treated the structure for termites.
