If you have an inside ladder with hollow rungs, don't forget about that. There will be a fair amount of kernels inside those tubes. Also, kernels will creep under the floor flashing around the perimeter. Blow it good with leaf blower.
Another thought. If you have a roof auger that fills the bin , there's probably kernels in it. Happened to me.
Just depends on how strict your buyer is.
