I did exactly that last year on one field edge for my corn. Lots of morning glory in the first few rows. Went in with a high rate of roundup in a 15 gallon sprayer on the 4 wheeler and drove the edge and sprayed all I could. Killed the morning glories and saw no impact on the corn plants or the ear fill in those rows vs the next ones when I shelled it.
