Subject: Irrigating wheat stubble in Idaho


Devils Lake, ND
I drove from Idaho Falls to Boise yesterday. Looks like wheat harvest is over half done. I saw a lot of freshly harvested stubble being irrigated. Why? To get volunteer wheat going?
