First one cracked. Actually sounded like a .22 went off. I suspect the heater control stuck on and overheated the glass on one burner. That one came with the house.
Second one I got free. Hasn’t cracked yet. Hate cleaning it. I wouldn’t can on it with a big pot. I don’t think the glass could support that much weight.
You didn’t say if this was induction glass top or conventional.
