Dairymanswife didn't read who had posted sorry I called you a guy. Good luck with your recovery and don't over do. Know of a person that had shoulder surgery was almost healed up went to the fridge too get a drink of milk, didn't think about what he was doing and pulled a full gallon out and tore everything up and had to start all over.
