Or you could just use the oven start to finish. This is here with our oven. Set it to 220. We have it hanging from wires not on a screen. About 1 1/2 to 2 hours will get it as dry as we like and it will be over the safe temp. Dehydrators take forever and the results are the same.
Forgot. You need to put some tinfoil on the bottom of the oven or next time you use it you will have a smoky house.
