NW IA | Used to have recurring painful corns on my left foot. Had a Dr. treat some. Tried the pads. Dug 'em out with a sharp tool (the only thing that did any good) but they kept coming back.
Due to what I thought to be unrelated health issues a couple of years ago, I 100% quit sugar, grain, vegetable oils, starchy stuff. Corns are gone, heavy callouses on my feet are gone as well.
