The problem with doing an interview like that is you have no control over how or what the news people are going to spin it to the viewers.

The number 2 man in the ncba should know enough about cattle and what is going on to steer the interview, at the very least they could get in front of "the price of beef is going to cost you more because of the greedy farmer" that is running laps in social media right now, or is that asking too much?
