Can’t imagine 12 a day,for years, of any drug is good for the body. I’ve got a bad back and when it acts up I’ll but 6-8 a a day for maybe a week but as soon as I start feeling better I stop taking them. Will still have minor pain but I prefer that to pill popping any day.
