Pittsburg, Kansas

It is always good. Different texture than the typical commercial name brand products sold in grocery store. Seems more "meaty" and less fat and filler in it. Not really very spicy. Salt pepper and garlic are the tastes in it according to my wife. She got a lot extra this time as she is making a dish for a get together of her fiber friends. She happened to have the scales out to get the right amount for that and so she measured the amount we ate for supper. The two of us ate one pound and 5 ounces total (cooked weight), which was less than I would have guessed. It is pretty filling.
