Well I couldnt take It any longer and couldn't wait. I used the hot paper clip method and got an unbelievable amount of blood out. feels better already. That is what i wanted the doc to do, since i didn't had the guts yesterday. Doc was a nice guy but didn't help on this .
I'm glad it worked great. I'll have to remember that if I get one like that, I've had them, hurt like heck!
