Jeez guys, there isn't much more cheese in that, than there is in an omelet.
My wife makes a "breakfast skillet" once in a while, usually for supper. Fried potatoes, onions, sausage, scrambled eggs, peppers, and whatever else she thinks might taste good in it. I'll have to try some cheese on hers next time. | |
