ESW ND | We do what you mentioned, but minus the broc and cauli. We put them in wraps. If the stew meat is on the tougher side, put it in the pressure cooker first, then fry the rest.

I don’t know the ages of your kids or their tastes, but I marinate them with various Asian sauces - whatever suits me at the time. I often mix sweet Thai chili with something that has more kick. You can eat them just like that, or add yellow and red bell pepper slices, some onion, and some broccoli and cauliflower. |
