I don't know what to call it.....
Pre grease cast pan, cut up red potatoes, add pulled pork when potatoes are mostly done, stir, when potatoes are done add hot and spicy bbq sauce. When sauce is absorbed in meat add eggs. When eggs are done add cheese.
