well its been 3 months. he had a friend move some stuff out the last couple weeks. still a ton of things in there. i posted a 7 day eviction notice about 3 weeks ago. attorney said to hold off filing the 30 day eviction and c if he moves the stuff out without filing with the court. besides the legal fees, this is really wearing on me. i gave him every chance under the sun. any ideas? ps. they shut the power off to the property yesterday- lack of payment. i got it turned back on in my name
The power co here told me not to turn it on in my name till the tenant was 100 % out
or there could stay with me paying the bill !!! |
