I take it you haven't ever dealt with the public in ventures you suggest......................As a former self employed mechanic, I would rather deal with cows 90% of the time than dealing with the public.
It's different for sure. I've done a little of this, and am considering doing more. I would like to have a consistent portion of my income coming from non-farming enterprises.
