I had 20lbs overnighted up from Louisiana from Frugé farms.

They arrived in good shape and we cooked them up day after.   Had 3-4 people drop out after they saw them, so it was up to about 4-1/2 of us to eat 20 lbs of crawdads.  Also we had ring sausage, andouille sausage, sweet corn, mushrooms and of course potatoes.

they missed out. 

a friend of mine has some buddies that do some snorkeling /scuba diving in some local limestone quarries, it sounds like they have the same kinda thing going on.
