Central NE | Joined two of the large ones from home depot, to make the island countertop.
Oil it everyday for a week, then one day every week for a month, then once a month for a year, then oil whenever it stops beading water, we seem to be at 2 times a year. Just regular mineral oil in a gallon jug. We don't cut on it.
