Subject: Hissing sound when 3 point i lifted, John Deere

Norway
I have a 1978 John Deere 4640 and every time i lift my 3 point(it chatters alittle bit when lifted ), I can hear a hissing sound coming from the back of the tractor. I havent located exatly where its coming from, but I think it is coming from the Rockshaft control housing area.

After I let the tractor run for a bit, I could feel the pressure contol valve(priority valve) get alittle hot, aswell as some parts of the Rockshaft controll housing. Is this a valve problem? and is this a common place for hotspots?

I haven't done a pressure test yet.
