Everything on the opener is in good shape. I have the needham bolt fix where you drill a 5/8 hole into the seed boots so they don't wiggle much anymore. I am also running the bonilla seed tabs and discs are still close to new, I have the 18-5/8 blades from red-e, and they have about 3600 acres on them in our sandy loam soil.

I don't think it has much to do with the drill itself, at least in terms of something being worn out, since the lack of emergence also shows in the wings castor wheel tracks on headlands or anywhere they travel in the field on seeded ground. I don't see any problems in the wing wheels when its actually seeding though probably because the openers take weight away from the castors and transfers it into the openers gauge wheels.

Not the best picture but we have vf 800s on the back and a bkt radial 600? Something on the front. Huge difference from factory.
